The maintenance of the Innovation Park’s property portfolio is Ken’s responsibility. Everything from minor repairs to organising the routine maintenance of the buildings and office suites falls into to his remit.

Ken ensures every aspect of the Park from security alarms to fire equipment, boilers, to redecoration are carried out to the highest standards, maintaining a pleasant and safe working environment for tenants.

He brings 18 years of property maintenance expertise garnered as Property Maintenance Manger with Stirling Enterprise Park and Technical Director of McCowans Ltd.
