We're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Operations & Administration Support professional to be part of our welcoming team at the Innovation Park.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in creating a professional experience for our tenants, visitors and conference guests while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities. What you'll be doing
As our Operations & Administration Support, you'll provide a broad range of administrative and operational support across the Innovation Park, including:
Front of House & Customer Service

Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of the Innovation Park.

Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.

Manage incoming and outgoing post, including Royal Mail services.

Distribute mail to tenant mailboxes.

Process invoices and financial documentation for authorisation.

Coordinate deliveries and direct them to the correct suites or units.
Conference Centre & Events Support

Prepare meeting rooms and communal areas to a consistently high standard.

Assist with setting up audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
-
Coordinate conference room bookings with tenants and external customers.

Ensure booking documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Arrange catering requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain the electronic events diary and communicate event information to colleagues.

Monitor conference equipment and report replacement or maintenance needs.

Support health and safety by informing visitors of emergency evacuation procedures.
Administration
-
Monitor and replenish stationery and office supplies.
-
Maintain photocopiers, paper supplies and toner levels, reporting faults where required.

Assist with recycling and waste management processes.

Report maintenance issues promptly.

Accurately record serviced office and hospitality charges.

Process bookings, purchase orders and ad hoc charges using Xero.

Issue parking permits and maintain associated records.

Communicate effectively with clients and tenants via email and telephone.

Support park-wide communications and engagement campaigns.

Maintain accurate databases in line with GDPR requirements.

Provide general administrative support as required.
Operations Support

Maintain records relating to maintenance, infrastructure and contractors.

Assist with utilities administration and maintenance requests.

Liaise with contractors to coordinate repairs and maintenance.

Support compliance with ISO standards and quality processes.

Assist with routine fire system testing and other health and safety activities.
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. You'll be approachable, organised and able to manage a variety of tasks with confidence.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with Xero is desirable).

Experience in an administrative, reception, facilities or customer-facing role (preferred).
